# Introduction

When creating or updating messages, it’s very useful to be able to check that your message will display contact and appointment details as expected. 

To enable you to test how your messages will interact with contact and appointment information, Art of Chat includes a *Test Contact *and *Test Appointment. *These can be accessed from the main menu, as shown in the image above. Once you have added details to the *Test Contact* and *Test Appointment*,* *that information will be used to populate the variables within your messages when testing or previewing.

We will look at these features in more detail below.

The first page you arrive at will have navigation tabs at the bottom for each of the different sections.

All requests received between 9:00am and 6:00pm Eastern (6:00am and 3:00pm Pacific), Monday through Friday, will be responded to within one business day. Our Technical Support team responds to requests in the order received. Requests from customers with Elite support will be placed at the head of the queue and attended to by the next available Support Technician.
