One of the benefits of the Inphonite system is the ability to access conversations previously had with your patients. There are various ways that you can access your patient’s contact profile. The easiest way to get started is to look up the name of the person you are trying to look up under the “Contacts” tab. This can be accessed from the hamburger menu on the left or under Quick Links, and Data.

From here, you’ll be able to search for a name with the filter flag.

The search function can look up full names, last names, first names, phone numbers, and most other data types you may have on file. For best results, we suggest going with the most information you can provide. I’ll search for my name.

From here, I’ll be presented with a list of possibilities. Luckily, this is the only one!

Now that I see the name I’m looking for, I’ll go ahead and open up this contact profile. I can do this by selecting the name.

Once the page has loaded, you’ll be brought to the contact page with all the information I have on file for this example. As you can see, Inphonite has many locations you can store information, but most of this may not be filled in by default and we typically just keep what is needed to handle the various types of reminders that we are serving your customers. In this sample, I just wanted to be able to send a text message so I just have a phone number saved to my contact card.

From here, check out the gray bar, on the far right, you’ll see the chat option, all you need to do is click this button and you’ll be brought to the recent conversations page.

Once you’re here, you’ll be able to see the last conversation held between your patient. Here you can also see previous reminder attempts, patient responses, and auto-generated responses, as you can see from my conversation here. You can also send a direct text message to your patient from the message box that is present here.
