# Introduction

The Voice Designer allows you to create interactive voice messages to suit multiple requirements. By incorporating variable elements into your design, you can use one message to cover a wide variety of appointment types and locations.

## New Voice Message

Choosing from the available **Message Templates **allows you to create a completed message to suit your requirement or gives you a starting point for a more personalized message.

After you have navigated to the **Voice Designer** on the main menu, as shown above, follow these steps to create a **New Voice Message**.

## Edit Your Message
