Art of Chat has introduced a new [Reporting Designer](https://client.artof.chat/designers/report) that allows you to easily customize your reports to include only the data you need. You can choose to modify our existing reports or create your own from scratch. Additionally, you can personalize the fonts, colors, and other elements of the report to your liking.

- Easily modify system reports! Want to add or swap out a column? — now you can with a few clicks!
- Built-in themes: Blue, Colorful or Gray — or create your own
- Group your reports by any field
- Advanced options are available, allowing you to customize the report with custom colors, fields, scripting, and more.
- Includes support for PDF, CSV, or HTML

This update also includes these additional features:

- **Report Subscriptions** Improved filtering and group-by-location support
- **Ad-hoc Reporting (Run a Report)** Improved viewer, printing, and export functionality
- **New Survey by Contact Report** View every survey response by contact
