# FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

## Why should I create delegate users? (Are users correct for me?)

Delegate users allow users to access Art of Chat without the need for sharing credentials. For example, an office manager may be an administrator user which provides access to make changes account-wide, whereas a receptionist may only need report access to the account to ensure appointments are confirmed.

## How do I create a new user?

Users can be created through the application or by contacting [support@inphonite.com](mailto:support@inphonite.com). For a guide on how to create a delegate user on your own, please see the below article.

## What is MFA?

Multifactor Authentication is an additional step of security to ensure the users signing into the account have been verified. This step is required on the initial sign-in on the application. This article explains more about MFA:

## Do I need individual users for everyone in my organization?

We can create as many users for your account as you need, but it is a security best practice (especially when it relates to HIPAA) to create unique users for anyone who will be signing into the account.

## How can I make changes to my account?

Check out our guide on how to access and modify settings on your account. We go over how you can provide an alternate means of receiving an MFA key, adding/removing users, and how to change account types as needed.

## Can I delete users?

You can delete users by going to the user settings, selecting the user, and selecting Delete. If you need to delete administrator user, you can contact [support@inphonite.com](mailto:support@inphonite.com).

## Which permissions level do I choose?

The permissions levels are located [here](https://inphonite.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KBPUB/pages/1114276072/Creating+or+Updating+Users+in+app#Permissions-levels). Each level grants more access than the previous. There are four available levels with varying levels of permission.

## How do I change my password?

You can change your password with help from our guide below.

> ⚠️ If you have entered your password incorrectly more than three times, your account may be locked. Locked accounts require support assistance to unlock and can be reached at [support@inphonite.com](mailto:support@inphonite.com).

For more information, check out how to reset or change your password [here.](https://inphonite.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KBPUB/pages/1114276180) If the delegate user cannot sign in, [contact support](https://inphonite.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KBPUB/pages/1114275841/Users#How-to-contact-support).
