# Introduction

Need to run a quick report using the subscription parameters already established in your account? You’ve come to the right place.

# Accessing your Quick Reports

| --- | --- | --- |
| **Refresh** | ![image](media://3ffde9cf-1840-45bd-9c19-ae464350801b) | Refreshes the report with the most current data. |
| **Close** | ![image-20240606-220527.png](media://2812c087-690a-4b69-8549-caae13df75e0) | Closes the selected report and returns you to the Quick Reports screen. |
| **Print** | ![image-20240606-220601.png](media://935657b8-7720-4a43-9edb-054c02aaf425) | Attempts to print the report. |
| **Download** | ![image-20240606-220630.png](media://48b91628-1712-4fd5-a583-ce1a38666db5) | Download the report in the selected format. |

All requests will be responded to within one business day. Our Technical Support team addresses requests in the order they are received. Customers with Elite support will be prioritized and attended to by the next available Support Technician.
