Art of Chat (formerly InphoniteVoice), now has an increased security for those signing into your account. Similar to how your bank will send you a message to authenticate with both the password and a code on your smart phone or an email to your inbox.

The sign in process is for the login screen hasn’t changed. Enter your username and password and click Login.

> ✅ Don’t forget to check the box “I agree to the Terms of Service and the Business Associate Agreement” to continue.

> ℹ️ Following signing in, you will be prompted with an new screen which will allow you to select the phone number or email address. If this is your first time signing in, you will only be prompted with the email address attached to the user you have entered.

> ⚠️ If you are** NOT** prompted with a phone number or the email address is not correct, visit the section below labelled How to add a backup email or phone number.

> 📝 Users who have added an alternate email or an SMS backup will get the option to choose the method to authenticate.

> ℹ️ After you have received your verification code, enter it and click to authenticate/verify. The code will be valid for 15 minutes before you need to try sending again.

# Updating Multi-Factor Authentication Email address of Phone number

> 📝 On the dashboard, click User Settings in the third column, bottom row OR Something else

Alternatively, you can click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner on the desktop app or the hamburger on the web, then choose User Settings or Settings

# My Email Address is not correct OR I need I am having issues with these steps

If your email address needs to be updated, please send an email to [support@inphonite.com](mailto:support@inphonite.com) with the following information:

- Name of your facility
- Username used to sign in
- New email address to be updated
- Phone number for SMS verification

# Support
