# Introduction 

Welcome to Inphonite. This article provides resources for you to make the most out of your use of Inphonite. 

The self-titled function of the Art of Chat is that it leverages the power of artificial intelligence to handle responses to your outgoing text (aka: chat) messages. Through the Art of Chat, you’ll be able to send text messages, contact your customers directly, and review past conversations. It’s as easy as sending a direct message to a friend!

## Quick Chat with Contacts

## Quick Messages in Quick Chat

By clicking on the Chat button in either the Quick Links menu or the Toolbox column on the left, you will be sent to the Chat Activity screen. From the Activity screen, you can view or reply to past conversations.

**Support Hours:**

- **Eastern Time:** 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Pacific Time:** 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- **Days:** Monday through Friday

All requests will be responded to within one business day. Our Technical Support team addresses requests in the order they are received. Customers with Elite support will be prioritized and attended to by the next available Support Technician.
