## Introduction

By choosing a suitable report type, you can ensure that the information you receive is presented in the most efficient layout for your needs. This can help save you time when you are organizing your schedule for the day.

The following images show headers and some sample data included for each available report type.


## Account Usage Reports

These reports give you a breakdown of where you are using your credits.

**Transaction:** Display the type of message sent or received and the name of the contact

**Details: **Display the phone number or email address that was used

**Units: S**how how many billable units were used, e.g. 

### Other Account Usage Reports available

- Account Usage by Account
  - Sorts transactions by account (Useful when the user has access to multiple accounts)
- Account Usage by Location
  - Sorts transactions by appointment location


## Appointment Custom Fields by Result

This report provides a large amount of information per appointment, including the values for five of the appointment custom fields. (Provider code, Location code, and Reason code are the first three standard custom fields, you may have more beyond that).

**Rule Name: **Show the rule which triggered the reminder to be sent

**Total Attempts: **Show how many times the message attempted to send

**Modified On: **Show the date and time that the reminder result was last updated

## Call Tally

This report provides a graphical representation of how your reminder statuses are distributed; this gives you an insight into how your current messaging plan is performing.


## Condensed Results

Our most popular report offers a concise look at your results, this is useful when planning your daily schedule. This report will only show the latest result per appointment.

- Condensed Results by Appointment
  - Sorted in order of appointment start time / date
- Condensed Results by Name
  - Sorted in alphabetical order of Contact Name
- Condensed Results by Result
  - Sorted by Final Result


## Contact List

This report will display the contact details for all of your contacts currently stored in Art of Chat. Contacts are only stored in the system for 45 days after an appointment is created for them.


## Do Not Contact

This report displays the contact details for all contacts on your Do Not Contact list. These details are stored indefinitely, to ensure that the contacts do not receive messages unless they opt-in again.


## Full Results

These reports display the results of each attempt made to send a message; this can give a better understanding of how your reminder settings are performing.

**# **This column contains the attempt number for the particular appointment and rule name

  - Sorted by Message Name
- Results by Name
  - sorted by Contact Name
- Results by Rule
  - sorted by Rule Name
- Results by Status
  - Sorted by Result

## Survey Results

This report will display the results over the date range entered for the specified survey

## Upcoming Appointments

This report displays the details of all upcoming appointments currently stored. They are shown in date and time order, separated into 1-hour blocks.
