# Introduction

This article provides a list of resources for the various account settings found in Inphonite starting from first to last. 

> ℹ️ These settings are located in “System Settings”.

These account settings are applied all across the account and ultimately help fine-tune your Inphonite experience by providing you with all the tools necessary to properly handle your appointment reminders and messages. Typically, these settings are configured with your Technical Support Engineer prior to going live with your reminders and should not be modified. Because these settings universally affect your messaging, we strongly encourage you to enter a support case if you think changes are needed. A member of our Technical Support Team is happy to follow up with you to assist.

If you are unable to find answers to your questions, our Technical Support Department is here to help.

**Support Hours:**

- **Eastern Time:** 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- **Pacific Time:** 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- **Days:** Monday through Friday

All requests will be responded to within one business day. Our Technical Support team addresses requests in the order they are received. Customers with Elite support will be prioritized and attended to by the next available Support Technician.
