### Time to Import Data Reminders

Selecting this box will show you a day-by-day option for notifications. If you do manual imports, this will generate an email to remind you to import your data on the days you select.

### Expected Data Not Imported Alerts

To make sure that your reminders and schedule gets imported into our system we created a notification system contingent on when you expect your reminders to be processed. If your data doesn’t make it into our system for any reason, and there are no appointments on the schedule for the expected day, an alert can be sent.

### Alert Thresholds

Additionally, our system is designed to understand your reminder trends. If we don’t receive as many appointments as we normally do (within reason), you can receive a notification to let you know there may be an issue with your import as we didn’t receive as many appointments as we expected. You can also use the Alert Schedule, to set a time to alert you. Using the schedule will ensure you have time to review the schedule, imports, and if necessary, contact our support team.
