### Default outbound caller ID

This is your default customer-facing caller ID. If you have more than 1 number configured for outbound calls, you can assign a default number here that will be used if the information on file is not configured in more detailed settings such as “Appointment Locations”

### Default SMS text channel

Similar to the outbound caller ID, this is the number that is used in customer-facing messages and can be switched if you are renting multiple text numbers. You MUST use a real and accurate text number.

### Load Balanced Texting

It’s important to not send too many text messages from one phone number at the same time. If you have a lot of messages to send, you can break your messaging into groups and space them out. Most accounts will not actually utilize this functionality as this feature is already part of renting multiple numbers. Ask our support team if you have any questions about the quantity of messages you are sending.
